Rajesh Singh
Rajesh qualified at the English Bar in 1996. He specialised in global investigations and disputes while working at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 1997 to 2010, where his clients included Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Marks & Spencer and Rolls-Royce. He established eos in 2010.
Rajesh co-authored the India chapter of Corporate Internal Investigations (OUP), the leading practitioner text on conducting global internal and regulatory investigations.
Rajesh studied at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge (M.A., Law) and Leiden University (LL.M, Public International Law, magna cum laude). He speaks English, Hindi and French.
Alastair Crawford
Alastair was previously co-chair of the international litigation group of Dewey & Leboeuf, before which he was a litigation partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in both Hong Kong and London from 1991 to 2007.
Alastair is principal of Crawford, established in 2009, and is a consultant to eos. He has a wealth of experience in handling commercial disputes and investigations involving a wide variety of tribunals, regulators and law enforcement agencies. His primary sector experience lies in the fields of financial services and technology, but he also has experience in construction and engineering, energy, international trade, media, pharmaceuticals, retail and telecoms.
Alastair read law at St. John’s College, University of Cambridge. He is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and qualified in 1984.
Mitesh Kotecha
Mitesh was called to the English Bar in 1996 and began his legal career at the Chambers of a former UK Attorney-General. In 2000, he joined the international law and arbitration practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, based in Paris and London. Since 2007, Mitesh has independently advised and represented clients in their international agreements, disputes and investigations in Africa, South Asia and the Middle East.
Mitesh obtained his LL.B and LL.M from the University of London. He is currently a non-practising barrister.
Mitesh speaks English, French, Hindi, Gujarati and Kiswahili. He has lived in England, France, Kenya and India, and currently resides in Bahrain.
